Indigenous Food Lab is an initiative of North American Traditional Indigenous Food Systems (NĀTIFS). Founded by Lakota Chef Sean Sherman, NĀTIFS is dedicated to addressing the economic and health crises affecting Native communities by re-establishing Native foodways. Our co-op is joining food co-ops across the country to make a collective donation to NĀTIFS this November, donating 5¢ for every Field Day product sold during through December 3rd.
