Three Bean Salad

Certified gluten-free food
Vegan food

1 cup cooked pinto beans
1 cup cooked navy beans
1 cup cooked kidney beans
1 stalk celery diced
1 green pepper diced

Dressing

2 garlic cloves, diced
1/2 cup olive oil
3 TBS tamari
2 TBS apple cider vinegar
1 TBS sorghum molasses
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil

Combine beans and veggies. Place all remaining ingredients in blender for one minute. Add to beans. Chill for 1-2 hours to marinate. Season to taste.
